Fleet of chauffeured Mercedes vans and minibus ready for an event at a Dubai hotel

Event transport in Dubai, managed end to end

When hundreds of guests, speakers and VIPs need to be in the right place at the right time, transport stops being a detail. It becomes the part of your event that everyone notices if it goes wrong. Regency Limo DMCC plans, runs and coordinates the ground transport of your events in Dubai and across the UAE, so you can focus on the experience itself.

One partner for the whole transport operation

We build your transport plan from the guest list and the run of show, then deliver it with a vetted network of chauffeurs and vehicles:

  • Airport meet & greet and hotel transfers

  • Sedans, SUVs, vans, minibuses and coaches

  • Shuttle loops between hotels and venues

  • Dedicated cars and chauffeurs for speakers and VIPs

  • On-site transport coordinators and live dispatch

  • Backup vehicles on standby

Need a transport manager rather than a fleet? We can also act as your on-site transport director, working with your existing suppliers.

25 years of event logistics, now in Dubai

Regency Limo is part of a French family group that has specialised in event transport for more than 25 years. Over one million passengers moved across 30 countries, for fashion weeks in Paris, New York, London and Milan, the Cannes Film Festival, international sporting events and official summits such as the G7 and APEC. Since 2021, our Dubai branch brings the same standards to the UAE and the GCC.

Built for agencies, DMCs and corporate event teams

We work as a discreet partner for event agencies and destination management companies, and directly with corporate event and executive assistant teams. You get one point of contact, a clear transport plan before the event, and a detailed report after it.

How it works

  1. Share your brief: dates, guest numbers, venues, VIP needs.

  2. Receive a transport plan and a transparent quote within 48 hours.

  3. We confirm vehicles and chauffeurs, then brief the team.

  4. On the day, our coordinators manage every movement in real time.
