Riyadh – Dubai: cross-border executive tour
The brief. The CEO and Comex of a global automotive group needed to move 30 guests between Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh over 8 days, arriving by private jet, with close protection and motorcade movements.
Our solution. Site recces of every venue ahead of arrival, tarmac welcome for two private jets, 5 client-supplied vehicles driven by our chauffeurs, and constant coordination with the bodyguards.
The result. 30 passengers, 100 transfers. Schedule kept to the minute, vehicles ready at every departure.

Dubai: haute couture fashion show
The brief. A haute couture house needed to move press, guests, VIPs and its own teams for one month in Dubai, with constant programme changes and an identical fleet for every guest.
Our solution. 200 vehicles and 12 coordinators managed live, a personalised welcome on board, and parking and vehicle flows planned ahead.
The result. No delays to the show, no waiting at the exit, and a precise programme for every guest.
Dubai: high jewellery client event
The brief. Alongside an event agency, a high jewellery house hosted its 100 top clients for one week, with requests from headquarters and markets worldwide and a gala dinner at a complex venue.
Our solution. Three months of preparation, 100 S-Class, a team of 30 with a lead for each market, and real-time vehicle tracking with direct contact with every passenger.
The result. The client recognised the value of dedicated transport expertise: smooth flows and real-time communication.
Dubai: ministerial strategy forum
The brief. Twenty ministers and their delegations to welcome and move for one week, under strict protocol and with zero waiting time.
Our solution. Majlis and Marhaba airport welcome, 20 chauffeured BMW 7 Series, chauffeurs trained in security driving, and an advance recce of every drop-off and pick-up point.
The result. No delays, flawless flows, and a client reassured by a team fluent in protocol.
Riyadh: international art festival
The brief. From August to December, artists and crew moved daily between the airport, four hotels and the festival site, on a schedule received the night before.
Our solution. A dedicated fleet balanced every day against next-day transfers: 20 transfers a day, up to 50 a day during the two-week launch, and 20 coaches on opening night.
The result. Every transfer delivered without delay or error, and a smooth opening night.
Doha – Riyadh: family evacuation convoy
The brief. During the 2026 regional conflict, French expatriate families had to travel by road from Doha to Riyadh to board a charter flight, working with a private security firm.
Our solution. Routes away from military sites, an alert protocol, planned rest stops and child seats, and one team member on each of the 5 coaches carrying 250 people.
The result. Despite a two-day delay to the charter flight, every family boarded and returned home safely.
