1. Logistics plan

We study your event and deliver a complete transport plan: guest flows, fleet size and vehicle types, timings, contingency plans and budget. The ideal first step, before you commit to suppliers.

 

2. On-site logistics direction

During the event, we become your transport lead on the ground: dispatch desk, chauffeur briefings, real-time changes, and a single point of contact for your team and your client. With your suppliers or ours.

 

3. Full management

We take care of everything: vehicles, chauffeurs, coordinators and on-site team, with one clear, itemised quote.
